Rancho Desierto Bello Unit #13 Subdivision (RDB #13) is a 49-Acre Private Development located in Horizon City, Texas. CMD was awarded both Phase I and Phase II of this 165 Unit Residential Subdivision resulting in a turn-key project for the Owner. This project consisted of all Earthwork Improvements, Street Improvements, Paving Operations, Storm Drainage System, Water & Wastewater Mains, Trench Safety Measures, and Concrete Curbs. More than 120k yards of material moved, Installation of 19,100-LF of Wet Utilities including Water, Sewer, and Storm Pipe up to 54-Inch Diameter, Service Laterals for 165 New Lots, and nearly 30,000-SY of Asphalt Placement. Project was completed on-time and on-budget for the Owner with zero change orders. Owner stated our development team provided a quality project with awesome quality work while enduring challenges such as access issues and pandemic related conditions.
