Bill Burnett Commercial Development is a 185-Acre Commercial Development located in East El Paso, Texas. El Paso has been rapidly growing and additional warehouse space is being developed in the vicinity of the new Amazon Fulfillment Center off Eastlake Blvd. CMD was awarded the project by the Owner/Engineer as the most qualified, lowest responsive, responsible bidder. This project consisted of all wet utility improvements for the commercial development. Including Water Mains, Sewer Mains, Storm Drainage System, Earthwork Improvements, and 800-LF of 10-ft x 6-ft Cast-In-Place Box Culvert under Bill Burnett. Storm Drainage System included up to 66-Inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP), Drop Inlets, Headwalls, Retention Ponds, Gabion Baskets, all Rock Walls, and nearly 13,000-SY of Loose Rock Rip-Rap. Project was completed on-time and on-budget for the Owner with zero Contractor driven change orders.
