Their principled approach to construction has earned them a reputation for successful project completion. Growing to become one of the leading general contractors in the region for underground utility infrastructure. They provide comprehensive services to their clients, giving them a complete solution for any project. Their core principles are fundamental to who they are as a company. These principals are at the heart of each accomplishment, completed project, and in the everyday details. They are a team of professionals working together to build the future of our Borderplex community.

Quality, Integrity, and Perseverance

These are the principles that led to the foundation of CMD Endeavors, Inc. during the great recession. CMD’s incredible story begins more than a decade prior when Chris and Cindy Dietrich meet in the summer of 2009. Shortly after that, they founded CMD Endeavors, Inc. and established ‘A Faithful Endeavors Corporation,’ which seemed a befitting narrative for their unknown future. What has transpired since is nothing short of a blessing from God.

Business Infancy

Venturing bravely forward, they began the new endeavor together. Fortunately, both had experience working with other large construction firms, which gave them the courage and strength to succeed. They persevered over the next two years working from home using a small front room as their office. Those early years also brought two newborns onto the scene while they were growing their company.

As luck would have it, the youngest arrived two weeks early, but delivery would have to wait a little longer. Mrs. Dietrich, with orders from her Doctor to meet at the hospital, went straight home to sign three new bid bonds. The Doctor was astonished to find no patient when he arrived at the hospital for delivery. Thankfully though, Mr. Dietrich was able to secure all three contracts, and both welcomed their second child.

Pushing Forward

Since their humble beginnings, they have grown substantially to become one of the leading heavy civil contractors in the region. Building upon a reputation for quality and integrity, they push forward, continuing to write their history still today. A lot has changed since CMD was founded, but their principals still endure more than a decade later.

They focus on the success of their customers and communities first, continuing to prioritize what matters most to the people they serve. It has been an honor to bring their client’s vision to life for the past decade, and they look forward to the opportunities the next decade will bring.
